Brantones to sponsor 2024 Football For Change Chairman’s Lunch

We are pleased to announce that Brantones is sponsoring this year’s Football For Change Chairman’s lunch, which takes place at Liverpool’s iconic Liver Building on 28 March.

The not-for-profit fundraising lunch will raise vital funds for the Football For Change social mobility initiative and will feature a charity auction and an exclusive Q&A with Jamie Carragher and Trent Alexander-Arnold. There will also be a special performance from the Lightning Seeds.

Football For Change was launched in 2021 by Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jamie Carragher and Coady Coady. The initiative has also received backing from Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham as well as other football stars including Gary Neville, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Peter Crouch, Beth Mead and Lionel Messi.

Football For Chance brings together sports and business leaders to help NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people find education and employment opportunities, as well as helping others from underprivileged communities achieve their full potential. The organisation also supports young people who may have been affected by crime to help turn their lives around.

The initiative has raised over £1.1 million since 2021 and in 2023 released over £150,000 in grants to organisations and charities across the country, including the Liverpool FC Foundation, Everton in the Community and Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.

Brantones director Lee Birkett said:

“This is an incredible initiative for an extremely important cause and we are thrilled to be able to provide our support at this year’s Football For Change Chairman’s Lunch.

“The work that Football For Change does will have a profound impact on the lives of so many vulnerable young people across the UK and we are proud to be able to do our bit and support this cause.”
